Five dimensions. One published scale.

Sunwai’s applicant rubric scores each application out of 100. Free-text answers add context; the ten selected stage answers determine the automatic score. Internal investment evaluation uses a separate process.

Within each dimension, the two selected answers contribute equally. Ordered choices are spaced evenly from zero to the dimension's full points, and the five weighted dimension scores are added together.
